Partnering with Schools
Every school is at a different place in their journey. Zach designs evidence-informed and enjoyable PD based off what a school or district needs. Because we know that “one-offs” don’t really move the needle, Zach prioritizes longer-term partnerships with schools. These often involve a combination of initial and follow-up sessions, both in-person and virtual, and PD for instructional leaders throughout the year.
