Listening phase
Our team works remotely with school leadership to understand your current instructional strengths and opportunities so we can tailor our support to your school’s unique needs.
Fall launch
A two-day, in-person session kicks off the school year strong with whole-group PD, small-group work, planning time and leadership preparation.
Monthly support
Regular one-hour sessions with leaders and/or coaches keep implementation moving, address questions as they arise, and support follow-through.
Mid year momentum
A second two-day, in-person session provides leadership coaching, walkthroughs, debriefs, and targeted support based on real conditions in classrooms.
Monthly support
One-hour virtual sessions continue to maintain momentum and help ensuring effective implementation.
Spring sustain
A third two-day, in-person session focuses on strengthening coaching, refining implementation and building the necessary internal capacity to sustain progress.
End of year planning
A final reflection and planning process identifies positive change, remaining areas of opportunity, and next steps for continued progress.
