Before we go over to Dan, I wanted to thank all of you who have supported me by tuning in this season. Unlike Season 1, which was formatted as a debate show between myself and my progressively incorrect friend, Bradley Arnold, Season 2 was all about the interviews. In total, I was able to interview 29 fabulous guests about their ideas and research, and meeting these giants of education was truly one of the most fulfilling experiences of my teaching career. While it’s true that I am taking a quick break from producing this show to focus on my paternity leave, fear not! Progressively Incorrect will be back on for Season 3 before you know it.
And for those of you who’ve been wondering where my friend Bradley went, I can assure you he is okay! One of Bradley’s life goals was to publish a book about his exotic travels and experiences, and I’m happy to report that he just did! He has authored several best-selling books, including “Why Don’t Students Like School?” and “Outsmart Your Brain,” and his work has been featured in major publications such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal. So, whether you’re a teacher, a parent, or just someone interested in education, this episode is sure to challenge your thinking and provide you with valuable insights into how people learn. Personally, I was blown away by this episode, and absolutely tickled that Dan was able to come on the show and make my dream for the Season 2 finale come true.
